Alimony--Tied to a Child's 18th Birthday
Welcome to the Pennsylvania Family Law Blog, which is sponsored and authored by, for better or for worse, Lee A. Schwartz. I am an attorney in Philadelphia, PA and have been involved in the daily divorce, custody, support and related wars since 1981. Please feel free to visit my website at http://www.pafamilyatty.com/ for more information.
You may wonder what I hope to accomplish by the Blog. I hope to comment on new cases and trends that you may be interested in, to vent the frustrations and limitations of dealing with the Court system, to celebrate the victories and positive events that surround this practice and to be a resource for people located in Pennsylvania in general and Southeastern Pennsylvania in particular.
I look forward to communicating with you.
Best regards.
